You soon realise that there were clues left around Alice’s favourite hangouts in the mall. These clues were her desperate attempt to communicate with you as she is now trapped in another realm and the portal is closing soon. Can you track her down and bring her back before it is too late?

What is Lockdown Escape?

Lockdown Escape is a reality first-person adventure game simulating online room escape games. In the game, the player is locked in a room and must exploit his or her surroundings in order to escape. The escape game requires players to be observant and use critical thinking skills in order to solve the challenges and riddles.

Lockdown Escape is a Singapore company that specializes in creating real-life escape room games. We aim to help people escape from lockdown in their lives and to unlock their mind and potential. Learn to think out of the box by taking part in the latest craze with Singapore’s very own creativity at its best.

Why are there so many different games?

Each of the games has a different theme, and each playing experience is different. Are you able to conquer them all?

Who is Lockdown Escape suitable for?

The minimum age for normal escape rooms is 13 years for ALL players or 7 years for children with a paying adult above 21 years old. No scary items or physical exertion is expected throughout the escape game.

The minimum age for VR escape games is 17 years for ALL players or 13 years for children with a paying adult above 21 years old.

What is the duration of one game?

For normal escape rooms, each team has only 60 minutes to escape. Will you be the one who succeed?

It is the big day! When should I arrive?

When the day comes for you to challenge the Lockdown Escape game room, please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled start for a briefing. If you are late, you may have lesser time to play the escape game as it will affect the booking after your game.

Do I need to prepare for the game?

No preparation is needed. However, Lockdown Singapore has a few simple rules for the game.

Can I choose to pay later for online bookings?

Lockdown Singapore reserves the right to cancel your booking without any prior notice if payment is not received 48 hours before the commencement of the escape game. In the event that the contact number and/or email address are not contactable, Lockdown Singapore reserves the right to cancel the booking immediately without any prior notification.

How do I make payment online after I have placed a booking?

Please click on the “View/Change Booking” button in the confirmation email. You will be directed to your online booking and you may click on any of the “Change” buttons. You will then be directed to the payment page where you can make your payment.

I am unsure if I can make it on the day or how many people will actually turn up. What is the cancellation policy of Lockdown Singapore?

We recommend you book the minimum to secure the time slot and pay for the additional players upon arrival if you are unsure how many people you will be arriving with.

In general, cancellations made less than two (2) days prior to the reserved time slot will incur a 100% charge as it is often not possible to find a replacement for the time slot.
